FyeBeats is a producer community for sharing beats, receiving feedback, participating in beat battles, building producer profiles, and using marketplace and membership features.
Depending on how you use FyeBeats, we process account information such as email, verified phone information when used, authentication data and policy-acceptance records; producer profile information such as username, display name, avatar, bio, DAW, genres and social links; beats, cover art, sound-kit listings and other content you upload; comments, feedback, votes, favorites, reactions, community posts and battle activity; moderation reports and account-blocking relationships; membership and transaction records; push-notification identifiers; and technical/security records needed to operate and protect the service.
Information is used to provide accounts and profiles, stream and store producer content, operate feedback and battle features, calculate XP and reputation, deliver notifications, enforce Community Guidelines, process reports and blocks, operate memberships and marketplace features, prevent abuse, investigate bugs, secure the service, and maintain records required for payments or legal obligations.
FyeBeats uses PostHog to understand how the website is used and to improve reliability and product decisions. Depending on the features enabled, analytics may include page views, navigation, clicks and form interactions, referral and campaign information, device and browser details, performance metrics, error events, and session recordings. Form input values are masked in session recordings by default, and FyeBeats does not enable browser console-log capture. PostHog may use cookies or browser storage to recognize sessions and users. These analytics are used to measure traffic and conversions, diagnose bugs, improve performance, and understand which product features are useful.
Where FyeBeats displays Google ads, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to FyeBeats or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Advertising services may also collect or receive IP addresses, browser and device information, and interactions with ads through cookies, web beacons or similar technologies.

FyeBeats uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application, database, authentication, media storage, email, push-notification and payment-related functionality. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services to FyeBeats.
Producer profiles and content marked public may be visible to other FyeBeats users or visitors where the product permits public access. Do not publish information you do not want associated with your public producer identity.
FyeBeats may retain reports, moderation actions, blocking relationships and related security records as needed to enforce the Terms, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and protect users. A block is private to the blocking account except where processing is needed to enforce the block.
Account and user-generated data are kept as needed to operate FyeBeats. You can request deletion from the mobile app or at the account deletion page. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment records, disputes, moderation history or legal obligations.
FyeBeats uses access controls and security features provided by its hosting, authentication and database systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
