Terms of Use

These terms govern use of FyeBeats, including producer profiles, beat uploads, feedback, battles, community features, memberships and the Sound Kit marketplace. By creating an account or continuing to use FyeBeats after being asked to review an updated policy, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the FyeBeats Community Guidelines.

Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions, or use FyeBeats to interfere with other users or the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you own. By uploading content to FyeBeats, you authorize FyeBeats to host, process, stream, display and distribute that content as needed to provide the features and visibility settings you select. You must have the rights needed to upload and share the content you submit.

Community rules and prohibited content

FyeBeats does not allow harassment or bullying, hateful or discriminatory content, threats, sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content, spam or scams, impersonation, illegal content, malicious attempts to manipulate the service, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not use FyeBeats to target, exploit, intimidate or deceive other members. Additional details are available in the Community Guidelines.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

Members can report inappropriate community content and block accounts in the FyeBeats mobile app. FyeBeats may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, disqualify battle entries, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to enforce these rules and protect the community. Repeated attempts to evade moderation may result in additional account restrictions.

Beat battles and community activity

Battle rules, voting requirements, submission windows, moderation decisions and eligibility rules shown in FyeBeats apply to participation. Attempts to manipulate voting, impersonate users, evade restrictions or abuse other members may result in content removal, battle disqualification or account restrictions.

AI and prohibited submissions

Where a battle or feature states that AI-generated beats are prohibited, submitting prohibited content or making a false attestation can result in disqualification or account action.

Paid features and marketplace

Prices, fees, seller requirements, payout terms and refund handling may vary by product and platform. Store-app purchases, where offered, are also subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing terms.

Service changes

FyeBeats may change, suspend or discontinue features, rules or availability as the product evolves. Reasonable efforts are made to protect user data and maintain service continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at the account deletion page, subject to limited retention where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, disputes or legal obligations.
